Our ongoing projects relate to natural variation of the wild yeast populations of Saccharomyces uvarum and Saccharomyces eubayanus in Patagonia (Argentina) and phylogeography of the astaxanthin-producing yeast Phaffia rhodozyma (Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous)
