June 2002 - The first version of the
Dimorphic Basidiomycetes web page was posted
on the Internet. It included the review paper Dimorphic basidiomycetes,
an overview by J.P. Sampaio and A. Fonseca.
September 2002 - The DMB databases
project was launched. It included the lists of species described in 2001 and
2002, and respective bibliographic references.
October 2002 - Supplementary material
related to scientific papers was posted online in a new section of the DMB
databases. Wladyslav I. Golubev,
Mário Gadanho, José Paulo Sampaio and Nikita W. Golubev. 2003. Cryptococcus nemorosus
and Cryptococcus perniciosus, two new species related to Papiliotrema
